1-TO-1 COACHING
Each learner gets personalised support to overcome barriers such as confidence, communication, job-search challenges, or interview nerves. We help them set goals and stay motivated.
CPD CERTIFICATE
Learners receive an official CPD certificate showing they completed the programme and developed work-readiness skills. This can be added to CVs and shown to employers.
